- Flare and Relief System analysis and final reporting including reliving scenarios, relief load estimation, blow down calculation, relief system design, relief valve sizing and selection, knock out drum sizing, safety relief valves inlet/outlet & tail pipe/ flare headers line sizing.
- Perform process simulations and prepare control & safeguarding philosophy, control narrative, C&E diagram and plant operating in addition to Techno Economic feasibility studies preparation including equipment sizing/ log lead items.
- Preparation of package equipment specifications & technical evaluation of bids and technical recommendation of qualified vendors and preparation of utility summary, chemical summary, and effluent summary.
- HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, SIL and VE studies.
